She is a Certified Valuation Analyst and specializes in determining what dental practices are worth. She is an effective negotiator with a strong record of helping her clients close transactions and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Prior to founding MORR, Maria worked for American Dental Partners, Inc. During her 10 years with ADP, she facilitated almost 100 transactions, ranging in size from $50,000 to $90,000,000. As the department director for half a decade, she supervised all aspects of the acquisition process from lead generation to valuation to legal document negotiation and integration.
