The Challenge

Scaling quickly means onboarding and training front office staff at a rapid pace, and that creates consistency challenges. When Patient Prism assessed SmilePoint’s new patient acquisition, the baseline conversion rate was 63%. The team needed structured support to handle calls more effectively, and management needed reliable data to identify problems and coach toward improvement. Why Patient Prism

Rastogi was impressed by Patient Prism’s balance of AI analysis and human coaching, and by the results other DSOs were already seeing on the platform. SmilePoint began using Patient Prism in March 2019. The AI coached receptionists on conversational skills, and RELO alerts enabled the team to follow up quickly with prospective patients who hadn’t scheduled.
