Lollipop Dental operates four pediatric and orthodontic practices south of Los Angeles, staffed by nine pediatric dentists and five orthodontists across locations in Cerritos, Placentia, Garden Grove, and Costa Mesa. The Challenge

Like most multi-location dental groups, Lollipop Dental needed a way to improve call-handling performance across all four offices and get the detailed call metrics required to motivate their receptionists and identify problems.
